Drag to see the difference
One house, eight rooms, all of them empty on photo day. Pull the handle across each frame.

Living room
Styled for photo day first — the mantel, the ladder, the throw — then furnished digitally. Both services in one frame.

The study
This floor plan doesn't have an office. Now it does. Staging isn't only about filling a room — it's about answering what the room is for.
Before
After
Bunk room
The emptiest room in the house. Grey carpet, one window, nothing else. It's now the room that sells the second floor.
Before
After
Nursery
A spare bedroom is forgettable. A nursery is specific, and specific is what people remember when they're deciding which houses to walk.
Before
After
Game room
A wide upstairs landing with no obvious job. Empty, it reads as leftover square footage. Furnished, it's a reason to want the second floor.
Before
After
Primary bedroom
Empty, buyers can't tell whether a king fits. Furnished, the question never comes up.
Before

Breakfast room
A chandelier hanging over nothing is the most common problem in listing photos. A table underneath it answers the question.

Back patio
Outdoor space is the easiest thing to undersell. A slab is a slab until there's a table on it.

Straight-on, well lit, empty. Tell us what each room should become — or let us decide.

What makes a photo easy to stage
None of this is required, but each one makes the result better and the turnaround faster.
- Shoot from a corner, not the doorway
- Camera at chest height, kept level
- Blinds open, lights on
- Floor fully visible in frame
- Nothing left in the room
- Largest file you have, straight off the camera
