Dallas–Fort Worth & Austin
We sell houses we'd want to live in.
Real estate, staging, and design, all in one place. We know what a house is worth, what it could be, and how to get it there.
Working on the house?

What we do
From the first walkthrough to the last lamp.
Getting a house right usually takes an agent, a stager, and a designer. That's three relationships, three opinions, and a lot of repeating yourself.
We're all of it. Nobody hands your house off halfway through, and nobody has to be told twice what you're going for.
Take one piece or take all of it. Some clients hire us for the whole run — buy, renovate, furnish, list. Others just want one room fixed before the photos. And when the plan changes halfway through, which it usually does, it changes in one conversation instead of three.
Buy, sell, lease, renovate, stage — across Dallas–Fort Worth and Austin, and anywhere for virtual staging.

The house already had good bones and a serious kitchen. Our job was making the camera see it. We styled the living areas for photo day — the fireplace, the coffee station, the shelves in the entry — so every frame had something to land on instead of empty counter.

What's your house worth?
Not an algorithm. One of us looks at your actual house — the finishes, the light, what the neighbors sold for — and sends you a real number with what we'd change before listing.

What people say afterwards
“Stacey was truly the best realtor we could have asked for. Selling our parents’ home was an emotional process, but she made everything feel easy and stress-free from beginning to end.”
“She was a critical resource in the required construction meetings and helped us stay connected with the builder as the house was built, which was a great service and allowed us to avoid traveling to Dallas.”
“The process was seamless, and their professionalism and compassion made all the difference. Stacey has a unique ability to understand her clients’ needs and provide personalized attention.”

About
Two jobs, one eye
Stacey Haynes sells houses and designs them. Those are usually two different people.
She spent over a decade at Fossil Group in Richardson, flying around the world training teams on what good service actually looks like — an odd background for a realtor until you watch her run a transaction. Since 2013 she's renovated eighteen houses of her own, plus a good number for clients. That's where the design half comes from. Not a course. Eighteen houses.
D Magazine named her a Best Real Estate Agent in 2026. MetroTex named her Top 40 Under 40 Realtors in 2023. Texas native, Dallas since 2008.
